Disability and accessibility

The ORSYS Group is committed to making its training and information accessible to all. This approach, which is at the heart of our culture, ensures that our content and training centres are accessible to people with disabilities in order to promote inclusion for all audiences.

Welcoming disabled people to training courses

The ORSYS Group pays particular attention to welcoming people with disabilities and offers a range of arrangements depending on the situation and training location:

  • Appropriate signage in compliance with legislation.
  • On arrival at the training venue, a participant with a disability is taken care of.
  • Accompaniment to and from the lunch venue, as required by the participant.
  • Access to sanitary facilities complying with standards for people with reduced mobility.
  • One week before the course, the necessary information (nature of the disability and special arrangements to be made) is sent to the trainers concerned.
  • Special design of the training environment and use of adapted and specific equipment.
A PSH team and two disability advisors at your service
Our centres have access for people with reduced mobility, and our teams will do their best to support participants with any kind of disability throughout their training.

Participants and their supervisors are welcomed throughout the course, and we draw on their feedback to continually improve the training experience for our different audiences.

Finally, welcoming people with disabilities for training also applies to all ORSYS Group employees and partners, who can benefit from support and, above all, adapted work equipment (ergonomic keyboard and mouse, dual screen, specialised software, etc.).
